Team charge
Use the amount assigned to your family—not the full team registration fee unless your family is actually responsible for it.
Hotel nights
Budget the required block if the event is stay-to-play and include taxes and parking in the final lodging total.
Equipment travel
If flying, price hockey-bag and stick policies for your actual airline before booking.
Rink transportation
Multiple sheets or facilities can change whether rideshare is practical. Include rental car, fuel and parking when needed.
